"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...

"Phenomenal stay over Xmas! The beautifully manicured compound is spectacular, the house staff is superb, and the food was absolutely delicious. Ms. B. is marvelous chef who shopped for us every day and cooked up curried shrimp, Caribbean lobster, and whole variety of authentic Jamaican dishes. Terrific house manager who had local contacts throughout the island and who made our bookings and negotiated prices on our behalf. Truly relaxing vacation, lots of terrific sights to see, and many enduring memories made by everyone in our group ranging from age 8 to 80\. Our highest recommendation!"
