"This is a lovely hotel in a superb location 5 minutes walk from the main square. Everything was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, reception staff helpful and breakfast was nicely prepared tasty food with a good range of hot and cold options. Nothing to criticise!"

"Wonderfully located hotel. We stayed in a regular room the first two night and the mini suite the final night - both rooms were top notch. Super comfortable beds and very clean. The main entrance is off a street one block from the main square but the back entrance is a short cut there, 5 minute walk. If going to Krakow, this is the place to stay!"

"Attention to detail. We booked a luxury studio. There was a clear perspex roof on the bathroom area which had corks and cork wires on top of it from previous guests. I would have expected a vanity unit or at least a mirror with a plug near it so my wife could do her make up and hair. We only had 6 coat hangers for two of us. There were no hooks or a coat stand for coats bearing in mind it's December and finally the pillows on the bed are a bit of a let down. On a positive. The location is amazing. "

"The room was spotless and the hotel smelt beautiful. Our room was on a quiet floor and our comfort level for rest was 10 out of 10\. Maurycy (front desk) agent went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The spa are was lovely as well, I wish the pool was a bit more toasty but that's just my personal taste. The location was fabulous, just steps away from the square, shopping, carriage rides, restaurants and, more. I loved this hotel, so much so it made it to my top 5\. I will stay here again for sure when visiting Krakow."
