"No luggage carts. No elevator to 2nd floor. Very outdated--overwhelming with tons & I do mean tons of 70's "Country Decor". We had stains on the bedding. Although the sheets were washed putting stained sheets on a hotel bed is not appropriate--ever! The front desk employee was very nice. There's a restaurant next door which is convenient since no breakfast is provided."

"Bathtub very old and dingy and dirty. Bathroom sink very slow drainage. Staff was very polite and courteous. Parking was nice and clean. The butter container was always empty. The butter was a shared container. They should invest in individual butters. No eggs, or any type of meat. They only put out 4 bananas. No elevator."

"everything was great from check in to check out! we stayed here previously and it was good then but this time was even better! One of the better lodgings we have stayed at in a long time! we actually booked two stays at the same time so have another visit the end of May! The facility looked like it just had a MAJOR update very recently! we will return for sure as we visit Lancaster often!"

"We enjoyed our one night stay in a family suite with our 4 young children. Plenty of room to spread out! We walked to Dutch Wonderland from the hotel and saved on parking. The outlets are also easy to walk to. We didn’t have time for the pool, but breakfast had a nice variety of hot foods. We would definitely stay here again. "
