There is also a spacious screened porch in the back of the home to entertain friends and family. You're going to love the glossy wood interior with its large kitchen, open living area, gas grill, and enclosed back yard. Spend your afternoon on the beach then come home to spray off the sand under a brand new private enclosed outdoor shower.

If you want to give those dogs their morning exercise, you have miles of beautiful Folly Beach for them to run around. While you're out, check out Folly Beach Pier for its seasonal festivals and events like the Folly Beach Jazz Festival and FollyPalooza music festival. If you're interested in biking, crabbing, or camping, James Island County Park is just under nine miles away with lots of beautiful nature and even a climbing wall and Splash Zone Waterpark to check out.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
