"Very nice place"

"The apartment was clean. It lacked some of the amenities that one would expect to find in a comfortable living space. There was no dresser in the bedroom, no place to put a suitcase or place clothing other than the closet. We had to move a small table from the living area. There was a TV shown on the website in the bedroom and a set up was there for one but no TV in the bedroom. The reservation was for 2 adults. There were 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel and no wash cloths for a 4 day stay. We didn’t use any of the kitchen utensils or equipment but did have some cups and drink jugs that needed to be washed out so a dish drainer would have been appropriate. There was dish soap, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap. The mattress was well used and not the most comfortable but not horrible either. Overall, not bad but not making me excited to stay there again."

"Parking was easy and safe, staff was helpful, room was clean, breakfast was good for the rate."

"Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was always very nice and helpful. The casino was big with lots of slot machines and gaming tables. The dinner and service we had at the Fireside Grill was very good. This was the second time we stayed at River Spirit Casino and we will definitely come back."

"I've always stayed at the embassy suites and I've never had a problem. But this one here I will never stay here again. We checked in the TV in our room did not work. We called downstairs. They told us technicians wouldn't get there till 5:00. I went ahead and requested a different room. They gave me a different room, cool. But why would they give me a room with two beds when I needed a room with one bathroom my husband and I.smh I left it alone. I went to the bathroom to take a shower and they had no hot water!!! Like I said earlier, I've stayed stayed at the embassy suites in Oklahoma City, Houston, TX other different embassy suites and I've never had to pay to park. Well here. I had to pay $10 and it wasn't even a gated parking lot. I will never stay at the embassy suites in Tulsa again"

"Wonderful place to stay. People were very friendly and rooms were great. It is noisy on the front rooms because they are next to a highway but that can’t be helped. Ask for a room on the back."
