« Dangerous- no protocol or care for guest safety. My mother and I had a very pleasant stay at another Country Inn and Suites in Ohio the night before, so last night on our journey we chose this one. Boy did we have an awful night. The guest next door got extremely inebriated and we were awoken to him pounding on our door aggressively and shouting at 2am. After speaking with the front desk, it turned out he lost his key but was also wandering around without pants, barefoot, with very muddy feet...

« The steps leading upstairs needed a vacuum. The towels were so cheap and thin. Then our toilet didn't work! Called main desk which was this sweet woman that you could tell was doing everything it seemed all herself and she told us the toilet had been broken for some time but since we had requested a king size bed with a table and that was the only room they had they put us in it anyway! Who does that? We checked out immediately the next morning and found a cute and clean little place called...

« Overall, the hotel was nice, updated and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn’t like the shower head; it needed to be replaced as it was all over the place and not much water pressure. I had to turn the handle all the way and the water wasn’t as hot as it could be. The hotel is right off the highway which is nice but also loud at times. We stayed more towards the opposite end of the highway and could still hear traffic at night. I’d stay here again but would either ask for a room...

« King suite was missing clothes hangers, chairs to sit on, luggage rack, shampoo. Staff found some hangers, a partly broken clothes rack and gave us an uncomfortable chair from the breakfast room. Luckily, we had a cushion with us and didn't need shampoo. Staff didn't know how to operate whirlpool bath and failed to have knowledgeable person contact us. A/C heater unit never maintained temp, just kept running. Had to manually shut it down. Other than king size bed there was nothing suite...
