« Front desk staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The graciously offered me an early check-in and gave me a place to change into the clothes I brought for a wedding before my room was available. The room was beautiful and very well maintained, and offered me a view of a small lake. »

« The cabin was difficult to find when we arrived. Need to provide the name that is on the actual cabin complex to be able to find it. It was unusually hot for Colorado. There is no air conditioning in the cabin and my wife had issues with the heat. The cabin isn’t shown to have ac, so that’s on us, not the owners. I’d recommend storm or screen doors on the front and back to facilitate air flow.Had a plumbing issue with the cold water. It was dirty. Plumbers were out and it cleared.Overall...

« Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. We didn’t have any contact information or instructions regarding checking. After we found the front desk they were extremely helpful. Before...
