The staff works really hard trying to be as efficient as they can but they are only humans. The hotel was full and clearly the staff wasn’t enough for the amount of people staying there. The hotel is gigantic and being a line makes it difficult to walk to everything, it’s a long walk even for adults. The beach is terrible, you can’t call that a beach, looks and feels more like a swamp. The kids club is nice and full of activities, as well as the activities at the pool. Scheduling everything was hard, we were in a big group so our reservations for dinner were always late night even when we scheduled it before arriving. The inflatable you had t stay in line for half an hour before opening if you wanted a spot. Our concierge, Sam made everything happen to us if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be able to get dinner reservations, pool cabanas and so on. Drinks were good but the service at the family pool was slow since the hotel was packed. We waited 2 hours for food one of the days. We wouldn’t come back, it felt overwhelming for us bc of the amount of people, the constant long distance walkings the long waiting at the bars. our style of family vacation is more on smaller resorts.
