Quiet and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was delicious with pretty great view of the volcano. The room clean and cozy. No AC needed. The only issue would be the 8pm curfew due to the hotel being in the national park and the entrance/exit closes at that time. The location has 360 stunning views, great eating options, lots of outdoor activities to do, and it is also very relaxing.
