Les parties communes sont usées, il faut changer les moquettes, il y a des insectes mort partout, dans la chambre et le restaurant, ce nést pas ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personne a l’accueil quand on est arrivé, on nous envoie au Spa pour l’ascenseur, personne pour nous renseigner. Décevant pour...

"Bon c'est assez simple, si vous recherchez le luxe et le confort et le service haut de gamme passez votre chemin!! Si au contraire vous recherchez un lieu typique, chaleureux et plutôt bon marché (les hébergements ne sont vraiment pas donnés au Pays de Galles) vous pouvez y venir et même trouver l'endroit attachant. Les chambres sont très simples, voire rustique et mériteraient un bon entretien, la literie est un peu trop molle mais en contrepartie c'est très calme... Le petit-déjeuner est très basique mais également très économique. Il y a un Pub communautaire dans l'hôtel et c'est surtout celà qui remonte le niveau de l'ensemble. Ambiance très sympathique surtout le vendredi soir. On y mange (et boit) très correctement. Cela restera un bon souvenir pour nous malgré tous les petits inconvénients. Vous voilà prévenus !"
