"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent. "

But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. "Worst experience in my years of travel. The unit smells of mould and the kitchen is falling apart from water damage. In the morning i went to use the gym, but that had been destroyed in a typhoon months ago. It shouldn't even be listed as a feature. The owner said 'i would have to oay to use the gym' as if that was relevant. So i went to use the pool. The guard refused to let me swim as i needed a pass. "The photos of the property and what we actually got is nothing like the photos. The aircon is in a different spot, the bathroom has sliding doors in the photo but this only had a nasty curtain, the view is supposed to be of the town, instead it’s of a an old lot in front of the hotel.
