Great hotel, excellent customer service. Room was clean and had all that we needed, fridge, water station nearby, electric kettle etc. Hotel is located across cybergate mall, accessible to everything. Price a little on the higher side but worth it. Staff courteous, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay!!!the room is very clean…there is restaurant in the ground floor that offers affordable foods…and the free breakfast is really delicious!!!

No loyalty to repeat guests, hot water stops working. Garbage smell in elevator. Short beds. Low water pressure. Breakfast is good.

I love this hotel conveniently located in the City, within walking distance to the mall, restaurants etc. The staff were great and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.

Great, affordable hotel! The staff were friendly, the rooms and facilities were great, and the hotel is located close to all the major sites in the center of Cebu. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

The location was good and the service was excellent. Our only complaint was that the shower didn’t have a door so the water would get everywhere.
