« I was a bit skeptical on staying here because I haven’t had good experiences with other Quinta’s in different states, however this one has been by far the best. Clean room, linen, towels.. breakfast was great too no complaints here, not expecting a 5 start breakfast when I also know I’m not paying 5 start hotel prices.. let’s be real. It worked out for my 3 nights great and shower water pressure was the best! Thank you! Also the gentleman in the front desk he was very nice and accommodated me...

« Ressort très bien situé très agréable dans l ensemble mais franchement très peu de service, c’est un camping de luxe parfait pour les familles et les amateurs de sports nautiques, avec une vue magnifique sur Mission Bay. Chambres très grandes, mais sans plus. Attention aux surprises facturées comme le entertainment fee de $44 / jour ou le parking facturé malgré les parkings gratuits tout autour franchement c’est abuser. Reposant malf’gre tout mais éviter les week-ends et jours fériés car l’hôtel...

"Nous n’avons pu séjourner le premier jour, le 15 car notre avion depuis Sacramento a été retardé durant plus de 4 heures à plusieurs reprises à cause de brouillard à San Diego. Puis vers 20h à été finalement annulé. Nous avions averti l’hôtel de notre retard puis de notre cancellation. Nous avons été obligés de revenir à la maison, mais la nuit du 15 n’a pu être annulée. Est il possible de nous donner un crédit pour cette nuit? Merci de nous tenir informés."

"The service is often not professional, though not rude, hotel generally not really cleaned and pretty outdated. But the worst part of the stay was the night between Tuesday to Wednesday during which the door could not open because of no battery. No one succeeded to fix it and I finally had to sleep in another room in front of my room (without any of my stuff, including professional computer). Most surprisingly, employees weren’t looking surprise, and even more shockingly I had to pay for that night to! The least would have been to offer the stay ! So to summarise : avoid this hotel."
