"Clean room, new rooms ,extreme language barrier, menus should be explained or printed in English if requested. Staff seemed irritated to serve you at times. Room service is basically non existent . 11pm-5am I tried once it took Two hours and never brought wraps. Only two restaurants not four must make a reservations. So not readily accessible. Buffet was not good. They seemed to close one specialty restaurant when it was slower Returned an item from they gift shop it was sunscreen for 57.00. Never reversed charge after easily seven phone calls."

"Horrible one day after I arrive I was walking and tripped over their torn carpet got injured the hotel manager and staff was very rude. They wasn’t concern I was there for four days three days was absolutely miserable."

Resort is very large so plan on lots of walking and steps. Eating Recommendations: Carmine's at the Coral Tower - entrees feed 2-4 people. Shake Shack for burgers. Pizza place in the Marina Village. Seafarers Steakhouse is good, but poor service. Make reservations before you visit. Casino is nice. Pools are great. Staff all helpful. Visit the Dolphin Cay exhibit."
