The staff were extremely welcoming, especially those in reception (Mr Yousef in particular). Mr Omar, the breakfast’s manager, and on the breakfast’s staff, Mostafa were always there to answer any questions we might have had and they were very hospitable.

Definitely worth using the Sheraton's Mercedes pick-up service from the airport, as their man breezed us through customs\passpoet control, took us to no-wait lines and escorted us all the way to the very nice car right out front, so no waiting, delay or hassle coming off an overnight flight 👍 People on our boat were stood up by 4.9 rated Viator pickup that never showed up and cost them hours at the airport. 🙄 Room was excellent, prices very reasonable to just eat in the hotel that was upscale and safe, with security protocols to make it a welcome place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. ✅

The food was excellent, lots of variety, and the staff was very helpful and attentive! Especially Ibrahim, his service and mannerism were excellent, and has a great sense of humor, we had a great time with him! The rooms were also very clean, amazing views of the Nile! And many thanks to the house keeping, especially Mahmoud and Shaymaa, so helpful with a great smile. In general, the hotel staff were helpful, polite and very accommodating to our needs! Special thanks to the managers Hiba and Ameen. I would also like to thank yourself and juhaira who made sure we felt welcome and accommodated! Overall, a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

Great Property and Service

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well located to the important sites of the city. The staff was super accommodating. And the breakfast was one of the best we had in our two weeks in Egypt.

This is a solid choice with a lot going on. Views are fantastic. The Nile visible depending on your room. Service was great. Food equally so. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars from me is it’s a big and busy place. You can get lost in the shuffle on service depending I think, not enough to be aggravating just noticeable. And you are located near a bridge and relatively bury circle. Making access to what you want to see excellent but it’s busy out there. The location is great for with Giza or the Old City which are a reasonable drive away with a local knowledgeable driver. I would stay here again should I return to see the GEM which sadly I missed but might justify a return visit.

Solo US Traveller Amazing Stay

Had a perfect stay. Excellent service from all staff. Clean facilities. Gym is huge and amazing. They upgraded my room and gave me a stunning view. I’m a solo traveler from the USA/Canada and had an amazing time in Egypt in part because hotel was such a nice home base. Highly recommend! No negatives other than don’t order the Caesar salad lol
