"Tried to check in at 9pm and our room was not ready. Apparently housekeeping staff called off and they were extremely short. This could have happened to any hotel however we could have been called to say they were very short. Instead, we traveled all day and were exhausted and had to scramble to find another hotel. Hotels.com charged me for the room. Working on getting my money back. "

"This was a crisp, clean, and comfortable room. The only complaint is that the sheets inside the sofa bed were not fresh. I have no doubt that the hotel would have brought fresh sheets had we called for them, but we had extra blankets, so it was no problem. I think that might be a little bit of a normal problem for hotels to have because they don't always have time to open up the sleeper sofa to see if anybody used it. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was polite. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay."

"Though I booked a pet friendly stay in advance and paid when I booked, they still charged and addition $20 a night. The breakfast isn’t real. They say it’s “grab and go” which is literally 4 options - a blueberry muffin, a granola bar, a Rice Krispies treat or a small fruit cup. The property need maintenance and there was no soap in my room. Literally the bathroom did not have soap. The pillows were small square ones like the ones you use to decorate a coach and the bed was not comfortable. The room was overall clean Howe. I would not stay again if i can help it"
