A small drive will put you at several state parks, lakes and water fall locations. You have Cable and WiFI with a Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen does not have a dining room table but have provided portable TV stands to eat from. Also provided is a microwave and Curig coffee maker for that ideal cup of morning coffee. The space is perfect for a getaway with all the basic amenities. The Space: A short walk to Tennessee Tech Technological University Football, baseball and basketball .2 tenths of a mile 1.9 miles from the restaurants on West Side (Broad Street) Guest Access: You have access to the entire apartment. It has just enough space for what you need and is well furnished and stocked. The second day I was there, I realized while doing yoga that the carpets were covered in dog hair (that was not from my dogs). I contacted the host and they sent the housekeeper over to vacuum, however the vacuum still did not pick up a majority of the hair. The host refunded my cleaning fee and pet fee, so I am grateful for the host's understanding. I did advise them to use a different vacuum for future guests so this would not be an issue, so I do hope that proves to be the case.
