"I checked in and was went to my room The room smelled of mold and mildew. I asked for another room. I pulled back the blankets of the bed, and found black flakes all over the sheet. Im not sure what the flakes were. I asked for a third room. Thr third room looked clean, but I was not comfortable. "

Most things are fine and the staff is competent. But the mattress in my room was the worst I have ever experienced. Lumpy, nothing left between the user and the springs. "
