« The cottage was quaint and a restful place to take time out and relax. The breakfast was fresh and delicious a nice addition to our experience. We enjoyed seeing the pademelons on the property. »

« Such a quaint place with lovely hosts, had a wonderful dinner close by and super close to Bruny Island ferry. Beds super comfy, kitchen well equiped, we enjoyed watching the ducks in the dam outside the kitchen window, hearing the chickens being chickens and having the frogs lull us to sleep. Would thoroughly recommend for those that love nature and beautiful things. »

« Parking space can be limited for a large vehicle. Especially since we were a party of 7. »

« Fantastic property, cosy, clean, perfect location right on the beach. Loved the duke box! Great little peice of nostalgia. View was amazing and host very lovely. Thank you and highly recommend. Everything you need is there. We will be back. »

« Well furnished spacious rooms, kitchen had everything we needed, great views and lovely neighbourhood. Only downside is no off street parking but that’s not unusual in Battery Point! Would happily book again the next time we’re in Hobart. »

« Position was fabulous »

« Berwick Cottage was in an excellent location but was let down by the condition of the property. The shower was mouldy and leaked and the paint on the kitchen benchtops was peeling off. One of the windows was broken and a number of the windows wouldn't open properly. On the positive side the property manager was extremely responsive and professional and the beds were very comfortable. It needs the owners to do some significant work to bring it up to standard. »
