« If you are looking for a vfm option in West Bay this hotel is the place. We had room 7 on the first floor, spacious, whirlpool bath and even a teapot. In our opinion 2 negatives for this room, the mattress was way too soft and the seagulls from 0400hrs, can't really do anything about the 2nd being near the sea!!! The breakfast is quality, great choice and only £10 per day. The hotel is not statebor modern if that is what you are looking for, however the atmosphere and staff make up for it. »

« We hadn't realised we'd booked something in West Bay, we thought we'd booked in Bridport, but the people in West bay were absolutely lovely and so friendly, and we found a great place to eat, so we were absolutely delighted with our little mini break. Thank you to all staff at the George pub, you were all fabulous and smiley and welcoming. We would recommend this place highly. »

« My husband and I stopped in this hotel for 2 nights on our way to Cornwall last week. The owners could not have made us more welcome and the breakfasts and evening meals were absolutely superb! The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. They were very "covid aware" and went to great lengths to social distance and protect their guests. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and relatives. My husband is going to put this hotel forward to his golf...
