Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. We came back to Breckenridge for our 20 yr anniversary and to bring our teens with us so they can experience it all too. We picked this property based on location AND its amenities listed. We did NOT get to use the main ones that we were looking forward to using, either because they were actually NOT offered even though they were advertised or they did not work: AC, jet tubs, master shower. I did contact someone through Sky Run to let them know of all the issues we came across on day one; I had to communicate with them daily to try to solve issues, which added to vacation time being taken away from my family. NOT having an AC is huge for my family, we specifically choose this property because it advertised that it did and when I asked them about it, they asked me to prove it and pretty much brushed it off by saying we are in the Rockys, no one has AC. To sum it up, they said sorry and that is all that was offered up, even after I expressed my huge disappointment. The property is beautiful and location is great but with all the issues we had, including having to call 911 and wait out side until all was deemed safe, to clarify a situation because I couldn’t get a safe response from anyone, it lead to a very disappointing experience. (And as a side note the pictures provided should be updated to show exactly what you are going to see.)

Lovely house in great location. We did enjoy our stay. But the house was very dusty. We found Cheerios under the dining room table. Some of the drains in the bathrooms were very slow. Most important, the internet didn't work at all. Despite the host and management knowing about it from the day we arrived, they did not arrange to fix the internet until the day before we were leaving.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful home for a girl trip. We skied one day, shopped one day in Breck, went out to dinner one night, played games and sat in the hot tub a few times. The home slept 6 ladies comfortably and was well stocked. The views were amazing. We all loved it so much and hope to be back. Very accurate listing.

Overall it was a very nice place to stay. Unfortunately the oven broke and nothing was done about it. Luckily there was a grill and the stove top worked so we made it happen. There were plenty of towels and places to sleep. The hot tub was also overdue for a change. Location was very nice. Thanks again.

We had a group of 8 and we all loved the house. The kids loved the foosball table and hot tub! It was spacious enough with different living areas for us to all spread out. It was very clean, well decorated, and well equipped for anything we needed. Management was very prompt with answering questions. We were there in June and it was pretty cool, but the house was very comfortable. Close to Main Street but still with great views!

It was the perfect size and good floor plan for our family. Our grandchildren and our kids had a blast playing inside and out. Our only criticism is that it’s a bit tired looking and could have been a bit cleaner, especially in the bathrooms.

We appreciated staying at this property during our family reunion. We were able to prepare and serve meals at the house. The hot tub was enjoyed after a long bike ride and horseback ride. The house provided plenty of room and game options for our family to enjoy our time together.

The house was well located and within minutes of all our activities. It was spacious enough for our family. However the house was missing a few key things. First, screens. We were unable to have the windows open at night and cool 3 of the 4 rooms off at all because wasps and bees came in. The rental agency said the house never had screens. The rental agency did bring over fans but this was a HUGE problem without air conditioning. Next the hot tub had a scum on it and we called but no one came to clean it. Last filter in refrigerator was old, no hot pads to be found, and no back cushions on chairs on deck. In general this is the first time we had a VRBO through a rental agency. I'm pretty sure the small touches I love and missed were due to that fact.

The house was great. Everything was exactly as described. Winter visitors should be aware, the driveway is on a hill which gets slippery without 4wd. We just turned around Surburban in driveway each day to avoid backing onto street(hill) The management company is very responsive. We had 2 minor maintenance items in our month long stay and they arrived quickly and resolved.

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving celebration. The kitchen had everything we needed, the view was incredible, the house is across the street from a hiking trail and a short walk to mountain shuttle, and the communication with the property management was so easy.

This was a great property for our group of 8. There was room to hang out AND spread out. The kitchen has everything you might need. The house was very clean. My only comment is that it is on a fairly trafficked street. We had the windows open at night for cool air and you could hear road noise. Otherwise it was PERFECT!
