« House smelled like a basement with a septic issue upon entering. The thermostat would not turn on it turned out the contacts were so dirty that it would not turn on. This is something I would expect the owner to make sure before renting the home. There was hand soap in the shower. Lastly, there were no shower rugs for the slippery tile floor. »

There are plenty of amenities including wifi, toys for young children, USB wall plugs, board games, a smart oven, dishes, lots of fridge space, plenty of towels and extra blankets, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and both central and portable air conditioners. There are decorations and collections around the place that give you a sense of who lives here, which I found very cute! I am guessing there's a hidden library locked away on the 3rd...
