"Pleasant staff, decent room, nice breakfast. Pillows are very soft if that bothers you, I took my own due to neck pain and I'm glad i did. Close to the NEC."

"Stayed 1 night in a newly refurbished room. Was excellent - just as you would hope from a Crowne Plaza. We had a drink and some chips in the bar, which was busy but well-staffed. We parked in a nearby multistorey (3 mins walk) but you can actually park at the hotel as well. No complaints at all."

"Great 2 day stay. Staff were helpful, breakfast was awesome, location was perfect. Only problem was the pull out bed for the 2 kids was a bit uncomfortable, but they seemed ok the 2nd night."
