« This listing does not share how many steps it takes to get to the unit. Lots and lots of steps leading to unit plus two sets of stairs inside unit. Total of 61 steps to get to bedrooms! One guest has a recent knee replacement. This should have been included in the description. Unit was not as clean as it should have been with sleep gummies from a prior guest were left right on a nightstand in a bedroom. Host knew we had 4 adults but only provided water and snacks for 2 people, Nightstands...

« Had a very bad experience here. German cockroaches were living under the oven. We discovered this the first night there. I spent the night on the phone with Vacasa. I can agree, they tell you what you want to hear. I was told they would come the next morning to help even though I wanted to leave. No one contacted me the next day though. I contacted them. Someone came into my condo while I was not there and sprayed for cockroaches. Both things were unsettling. It smelled horrible, like ...
