« The place was clean and the view is beautiful if you have a Riverview room, otherwise you would be looking at the parking lot. The pool was closed during our stay but opened the following day. The sauna was not working and ultimately appeared broken. The restaurant apparently only works on reservations, which was not made apparent in anyway. Instead of being honest about their bookings, restaurant hostess kept delaying the waitlist time and we eventually left after being told to wait 2...

« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...
