"We have stayed at this property a number of times over the last few years due to family in the are... and we will certainly be staying again! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Our original booking request for a 2nd floor room on the back side wasn't applied to our booking. The desk clerk.. (sorry I dont recall his name ) ... was super accommodating, even upgrading our room so he could get us onto the 2nd floor on the back side. So nice to have choices for a hot or cold breakfast in the morning! The only negative I would give is there were cobwebs in 1 of the corners by the ceiling in our room and only 1 trash bin in the room. Small stuff compared to the comfort, price and excellent staff!"
