« L'hôtel est assez moderne, en revanche l'insonorisation n'est pas efficace, même au 19ème étage on entend le bruit de la route. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Aucun service de préparation de plats, aucune viennoiserie, uniquement du pain de mie et de la confiture en sachet comme du ketchup. Bref, à ce prix c'est décevant. »

"Hôtel très bien situé au cœur du quartier de Myeong-dong à proximité du métro et d'arrêts de bus qui vont partout dans Séoul. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien à la fois coréen et occidental. Les chambres sont d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Hôtel conseillé pour un séjour touristique à Séoul."

"Grande chambre. Les finis en bois commencent à être endommagés un peu partout, il faudra y voir dans la prochaine année. Très bon déjeuner le matin. Odeur de clhore dans le lobby est un enjeu important. L’hôtel devrait faire un nouveau balancement des systèmes mécanique de ventilation pour que la zone piscine soit en pression négative. C’est très étrange une telle situation dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. "

"L'hôtel est assez moderne, en revanche l'insonorisation n'est pas efficace, même au 19ème étage on entend le bruit de la route. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Aucun service de préparation de plats, aucune viennoiserie, uniquement du pain de mie et de la confiture en sachet comme du ketchup. Bref, à ce prix c'est décevant. "
