I had to book a last minute room due to flight changes, I stayed one night only, the beds are super comfortable I had a good nights rest after travelling for nearly two days. The property had robes, slippers and everything you needed in the room for a night stay. There was a CU store within the hotel to buy snacks. And they had a shuttle bus to the airport which was great it literally took 5-6mins to get to the airport.

The breakfast was amazing! Unfortunately, the guestroom halls and rooms of the hotel were in need of updating. They use a deoderizer in the hallways that is so strong and so unpleasant. The beds are very firm. The rooms were clean.

Very clean rooms in a nice area that was easy to get around. I enjoyed a comfortable nights stay with a top notch quality breakfast that provided many items to start your day right. The shuttle bus to and from the airport made this the perfect place to stay. Well deserving of the 5 Stars!

Time warped back to the 70's here. Old furniture, bare white walls and new laminate floor. Lacks charater. Wierd being told to remove shoes before entering the room, and greeted by a small stained patch of carpet by the door, laminate in main area. Obviously cheaped out on materials. Only way to turn off corridor light at night was to remove the key, Staff was friendly and helpful, food options in walkable area, convenience store off lobby, good hot shower and water pressure. Location is the main attraction here.

Convenient if doing a short overnight at the airport in Incheon, with a free shuttle bus to and from. Has a few nearby restaurants, but otherwise you need to take a bus if you want to explore. - Room was large and nice and included breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very helpful.

Best Western Incheon is tops for front desk and house keeping services. Front desk was able to accommodate an early check in at 11 am for a small fee - absolutely worth it since I did not have wait until actual check-in time at 2pm. Fridge is stocked with 1 water bottles and a CU store on first floor downstairs makes it convenient for a quick run to buy snacks when you get the munchies. IF you go out - there are nearby local restaurants - totally worth it for taste and price! The best is their Shuttle buses they provide to Incheon Terminal 1 & 2!! I had to take an early flight out to Terminal 2 - front desk was able to get me a taxi for a great price - cheaper than uber! Thank you Best Western Incheon - definitely worth a stay if you need a layover to tie you over for your flight or in transit for next day!

The proximity to the Incheon International Airport and the free shuttles to and from the airport are what attracted our attention and prompted our decision to book this hotel. We enjoyed our one night stay t this hotel because it is located very close (walking distance) to the Paradise City, which is a very nice place to visit. Our minds were blown upon seeing the super spacious inside, the Paradise Art Space, and the various foods we could find for our lunch before our check in hour. Our room was adequate with A/C for a humid end of summer day. They even brought in a dehumidifier filter. We were situated on the floor with the laundry set up. 5,000 won for a wash and 5,000 won for a drying cycle. Not exactly cheap, but convenient. The only complaint we may have is the lacking in counter space in the bathroom, and lack of electrical outlet for the hair dryer. Our breakfast the next morning was sufficient, but not like the other hotels that we had stayed in while in Seoul.

The staff were amazing, the manager upgraded my room for free and was very polite. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and a spacious area to eat in. Bonus of an airport shuttle!
