En revanche, certains détails ont gâché le séjour : les enfants ont été comptés comme des adultes pour le dîner, certaines facturations n’étaient pas justifiées, et au moment du départ, il faut patienter pour que tout soit vérifié avant d’avoir le feu vert. Pour un hôtel censé être haut de gamme à 200 € la nuit, ce n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur."
