« We really loved this hotel. Everything was so fancy and clean, we really loved the bidets, the room set up, and the amenities. This was the best gym and sauna/spa. The pools and views were amazing, I left with the best tan! The casino was nice and all of the shopping too! The restaurants were great too! Thank you to all the staff for accommodating our needs and allowing for a late check out! Thank you to James the lifeguard at the pools and all his colleagues that helped answer questions and...

« This is a truly amazing hotel! There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. The hot water and wifi work perfectly. The neighborhood is very calm and safe aswell. Grabs had no problem finding me. »

On a peur des photos pour monter à la réception qui a dessuite réagit en nous proposant un surclassement, la chambre n était encore une fois pas très propre mais nous n avions rien dis . De plus le personnel vous demandera 100pesos pour vous commandez un taxi, moi qui penser que c’était leur travail ! Non on vous demande des sous en plus. Bref nous avons commandez un taxi le lendemain pour partir à aéroport. Au bout d’une heure toujours pas de taxi ! Le service ne...
