Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt. "The property is located on a sandy beach with a beautiful view. The hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the harbour and old town. The staff were helpful. I stayed two nights but a longer stay would have been relaxing. I booked a loft room which was in two floors and I never used the top floor because of the stairs so we were in the room downstairs and the set up of the room was in a way the handwash basin was in the room and not in the toilet so took some space."
