Condos à Station de métro Arapahoe at Village Center

« We experienced several issues while at the apartment, including a bathtub faucet that would not turn off and a safety concern with the toaster, a dirty coffee pot and a problem opening the lockbox to return the key. The host did have someone fix the faucet and deliver a new toaster. »

« The owner was easy to reach and communicate with. »

« I stayed at the Studio for 20 days. It was very comfortable and very quiet. It was conveniently located to many restaurants. I would definitely book this studio if it is available next time I will be in Denver. »

« The condo was clean, easy to find, plenty of parking. No troubles getting great communication with the host. »

« Property was in great location & perfect for our needs. »

« The studio apartment had everything I needed. It’s in a great location. It was super clean and the host was very responsive. »

« The condo is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom was ok, the fan is very noisy and doesn't work as it should. The kitchen is a good size for being a condo. The stove looks to be original when the condo was built and needs to be replaced it could almost be considered unsafe. Under the sink was uncleaned and disorganized. The condo's ceilings are of the popcorn type; this makes the condo have a feeling of an older home, but a home, nonetheless. I was aware of the stairs before we...

« The handle in the shower was broken and it was very difficult to take a shower. There were no spoons and the listed didn't state there was a hot plate. If I would have known I would have brought more food we could make. The listing also states there is a washer which there isn't. »

« We had a great trip to Colorado. The VRBO location was very clean and the host was very responsive with messaging. »

« Very clean, great location. Host was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. Only con was that upstairs neighbors could be very noisy at night. »

« The room was clean and had very few steps to the entrance. Easy to find and close to everything. »

« Everything was good and accurate to listing. Just needed some more lights. »

« The property manager was so helpful and kind, and answered all my questions immediately. Very comfortable beds and nice unit overall. My only issue was the unit was not ready for check in at 3p. We just had to wait about 20 minutes to get in. Would stay again. »

« Great location for our softball tournament. Easy parking, easy access and overall good experience! »

« Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly. On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. Overall the unit/property is very dated with little or no money spent on improving the property. The inside (while clean) is very very...

« Very comfortable stay! Great communication. Great location! »

« Finding the building was a bit complicated due to the actual building number not being listed, but the owner was easy to contact and get in the right place. The couch is a bit uncomfortable, even for a teenager to crash on. However, the place was great location for what we were doing while in town and super nice and clean! We will definitely be back to visit! »

« Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor. Heavy dust build up on all inside trim of bathroom, and baseboards throughout. Dirty & dead flys in tracks of patio door &...
