This little condo is awesome and pretty much how Nancy described it. The washer/dryer is a definite plus, not to mention the use of a kitchen. BTW, the showers water pressure is excellent lol... If ur looking for a better alternative than a dreary noisy hotel room. Choose this one. And the location is perfect. Nancy, the host, prepared the apartment as though she was going to stay there. Everything was as stated in the description. Check in was easy and Nancy responded to our questions in a very short time. The apartment is very clean and a no-shoes policy was nice. We had everything we needed for sleeping, showering, and cooking. Two nice parks and walking trails are within a short distance. Grocery stores and shops are close as well. The condo was clean, quiet and easy to get to (except the crazy Denver traffic😉) A small mix up when checking in but it was fixed quickly. ##### Marie J. It was immaculate on check in and stocked with toiletries and wash supplies. Keypad made for easy entry and exit. Washer & dryer (inside the unit!) are high tech and convenient. Owner was quick to communicate and kind. Price was a great value for all the amenities and location. ##### Dawn W.
