"A truly lovely experience. It's nice that a hotel chain takes staffing numbers and training so seriously. The staff were excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The food was also top notch and my fillet steak was one of the best I have ever had. Everything was very clean. The only slight annoyance was dogs in the restaurant. As I am allergic, I don't think that policy is particularly fair."

"The minute we walked in there was a buzz about the hotel, not noisy, but a lively vibe. The staff were all really friendly and appeared happy in their jobs. The room was large with chairs to sit on and well laid out. When we booked they recommended we book for the restaurant which we had done and were pleased we did as it was full, and again a very nice vibe. The food was lovely. In the bar next to the restaurant there was a good live band after dinner, with plenty of people listening to them....
