Arrived at 22.30 to be told they had given our room away and we had nowhere to stay.. tried to blame us for being late however checkin time is stated as 15:00-23:30\. When I showed them the email they then changed stories to the staff having missed the booking. The guy dealing with it at first promised a room in another hotel and a bottle of champagne as it was the first night or our honeymoon and their fault. The lady took over and got us a room in a cheaper hotel but no apology or champagne?? On the bright side we loved the hotel we ended up staying in.
