"Our family of 4 stayed at the Blue Pearl Beach House in August 2023 and we highly recommend it to anybody who wants to be in the heart of Grand Bend! The location is perfect, just a short 7 min walk to the main beach, and right off the main strip with all of its restaurants and shops. It's also within walking distance to Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut, The Beer Store and Circle K Convenience store. "We are a small group of quilters who organized a retreat using the space in the common room - it was spacious and well lit with natural light and pot lights. Everyone had their own bed and the four bathrooms were great! Overall the cottage is clean and spacious. Easy to locate and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great hosts!"

There is a double futon as well in the dining room, but not a 5th bedroom. The home has been recently renovated and a game room is under construction. "We had an amazing time in Parkhill and the surrounding area. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and LCBO. Our dog absolutely fell in love with the enclosed yard, choosing to spend much of his getaway quietly watching the neighborhood. It is clear the hosts put love into this property. The space was inviting and decorated beautifully. We would love to come stay again!"

"Every year, as a group of friends we meet in different locations. one of the biggest complaints of attendees is that there's not enough beds to sleep in. This year we found this location. Plenty of space inside and out. Isolation away from other houses and properties and enough beds to go around. We would definetly look to return to this location again. Thanks for hosting!"

"The place was overall fine and the interactions with the property owner was great as they were very responsive. Positives: Location-10 to 15 mins from Grand Bend Beach and from Pinery provincial park. Screened patio in the back was great as we could sit out at night and not get bitten alive by mosquitoes. Not so Positive Garbage was not cleared out from the previous group No/exremely limited pots and pans, we had to go and buy some while there Things to keep in mind: It says sleeps 20 but...
