« Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again. »

« Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, building has an unpleasant odor, limited towels, floor dirty, bug on counter, room tired and need updating and extra charges upon check in. »

« Very dirty, old room. If it wasn’t that close to the airport and quiet I would have left. And even the low price was far too much for what it was. »

« The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago. »

« Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions. »

« Great communication from the property owner & great location for family to visit Chicago. 10-15 minute walk through a nice neighborhood to get to the train to take downtown. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, etc near to the building. Clean & good space for family of 5! »

« Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

The listing is accurate, and the location was perfect for our visit to Chicago. We would definitely stay again. Well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, plug strips and extra bedding all were appreciated. »

« My wife and I stayed here when we came to town for a concert at the united center. We actually walked to the venue and it was about 45 mins, a lovely walk. It was a very convenient location, lovely apartment, and the host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. »
