« Our room was clean and ready for our stay. We could walk to some shops, miniature golfing,restaurants. »

« Adorable place to stay that was close to good shopping and dining experiences, the beaches and ponies were a very short drive. We wish we had allotted more time for this part of our trip. Loved waking up to the birds singing and the beautiful view of the stream and marshland just past the dock on the property. Enjoyed ourselves and the peace of our rooms immensely. Would love to stay here again and explore even more of the area. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, well decorated and bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and we found it was conveniently located close to Folly Beach and close enough to Charlestown without being the city. If we decide to come back to that area that we would definitely stay there again. »

« Beautiful view of Chincoteague Bay. I spent copious amounts of time on the deck looking at the bay. The beach is 6 miles away NOT a 6 minute walk. Rode many trails on Assateague. Definitely do this. And took a boat tour to see the ponies. Overall great stay, in a great condo. »

« The property is a basic unit with an odds and ends collection of dishesThe area rugs were a trip hazzad and need.to be removed They had tried to tape down the edges but they rolled up. on the edges anyway. They were unnecessary since the owner had installed nice flooring.Having said that the view was wonderful and it is conveniently located to all the activities. « We always stay in this block of apartments. This was our first time in this articular apartment Beautiful view and especially sunsets are something to look for. Swimming pool is a plus and only a few blocks away from supermarket and very nice bookshop. Highly reccomend »

« We were on our 25th Anniversary get away. It was a beautiful view not to mention how nice this property is. Very clean and comfy. We were in walking distance to so many places. We will certainly rent this condo again if we get a chance to go back to chincoteague. »

« We loved the setting. We are older so the choice of a futon and 2 kitchen chairs for sitting wasn’t the greatest for us. If you are young it wouldn’t be a problem. Good value. It’s a beautiful area. »

« I few things were not present advertised but not there. There was supposed to be a dishwasher but it was not there. Also, the kitchen area was so small I found it difficult to cut a watermelon as there was no counter space. I loved the location but the kitchen took away from a good experience. Also there was no washer and dryer. »

« This is a spectacular location! We loved watching the ponies and dolphins from our balcony, and our daughter spent hours fishing and crabbing off the dock when we weren't at the beach. The condo is cozy and we would rent this listing again. »

« We absolutely loved this property. The views alone were spectacular, the property was exactly as described and pictured, perfect decor for the beach with everything you needed! The only thing I would advise guest to bring are binoculars - we had a view of the horses by the lighthouse but it was too far to see! »

« The location was central with a deck out on the marsh, which was lovely. The pool seemed well kept and was nice. It was clean and the communication with the hosts was quite good. The smart TVs didn’t really work and could only work with live tv. No apps worked. Overall, though, would stay again. »
