We stayed on Marsh Island, Chincoteague, VA for 6 nights. WOW! What a stay. The Pearl was sensational. Crab traps, a beach bag, umbrella and gobs of other things to make us feel at home did JUST THAT. The team checked in on us frequently to see if we needed anything and to be sure we were enjoying our stay. Out unit was clean, exactly as pictured in digital online views, comfortable and in a great location to enjoy Chincoteague and then get away to further privacy on the water. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends. We were able to get some serious print making, reading and writing done from this location - so artists, take note! It could be tight with 4 adults, but it’s perfect for a smaller group. The sky out the back window was so pretty as the sun set, and the dock was perfect for coffee in the morning. The property is cute with nice decor touches, tight but thoughtfully laid out with everything you need. Would not recommend for more than 2 people with small child and small dogs only. Pros: Location/view Ability to walk dog around property Ground level/parking lot Cons: Listing incomplete regarding dog fees which has been since updated Rental agency unprofessional/not transparent I would still recommend this condo as I believe the pros outweigh the cons and hope the person @ rental agency was just having a bad day. ##### Angelique L.
