« This apartment was precious and so wonderful to have while we were in Manhattan for 3 weeks. It was clean and well appointed… Communication was so easy and smooth, and we even asked for a second cleaning in the middle of our stay which was so easy to plan. The location is great, the apartment felt safe and cozy whether we were just stopping in, or having a night in to cook and watch a movie. We hope to visit again soon! »

« The apartment is in a great location. Fantistic grocery, deli, restaurants, cross town bus, and subway only a block away. The living space is small but worked for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was helpful to have a washing machine. The only thing you might want to know is that the apartment in the photo isn't the apartment we stayed in. It was 95% the same. I think the outfit may have two very similar units in the building and used the same photos for both. For...

« My wife and I like to take the kids to NYC once a year and stay in a new place each year. This was our first time staying in Hell's Kitchen and this apartment is in a great location. It's just a few blocks from the theater district , Time's square, Columbus circle and the bottom of central park. The apartment itself has been upgraded with a newer kitchen and a small living room. There are two bedrooms with Queen sized beds and there are televisions hanging on the wall in the living room and both...

« Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a...
