This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser. All beds were very comfortable. AC was cold. Good water pressure in shower. Could use a bath mat and hand towel in bathroom. Also, a hand towel in kitchen; and a second set of keys. The location could not be better! 3 blocks from MTA stop and 1 train that will take your right into Times Square for transfers or all the way to South Ferry station. We used the subway exclusively - no taxies or ride shares - and got everywhere we wanted to be.The apartment worked great for 4, but would be a stretch for more, There are very few steps, so easy access even for those with some mobility issues. Check-in process was a breeze; we did encounter a snafu upon arrival, but Camila & Dave took care of it to our satisfaction on the very same day and it did not affect our stay at all.Practical issues: not dealbreakers but more of a heads up for the management team:- Could seriously use more (any!) hooks to hang items, especially in the long entrance hallway & in bunk room (no closet). - More hangers in the large (only) closet would be very nice, especially for dressier clothing. We had to scramble to hang things.- There was no hand soap in the kitchen, just dish detergent - would be really nice to have that available, detergent isn't gentle for skin.- No kitchen towels, just bathing towels- Bathroom is small, without hooks as well; plan on getting ready in your room :)--- all that said, we loved it and could not have been happier with our stay.
