"Sofitel is our favorite Chicago hotel. Great service, amazing rooms and perfectly placed among our favorite shops and restaurants. The food at Le Bar and the restaurant are excellent. Also, they have the MLB channel, so if you're in town for a Cubs game, you can start your morning with baseball and wind down your night with baseball."

"Its a great location to either walk or catch a ride to your favorite activities. I have stayed there many times for that reason. I am usually traveling with a group of 4 so i wish tne rooms were bigger with sofa-bed option. But convenience usually wins out when i decide which hotel to pick in downtown Chicago."

"We enjoyed our stay, great area within walking distance of shopping, food and activities. The room was clean and comfortable (standard room). The facility offers valet parking for a fee. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the small shower. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a budget friendly option to enjoy Chicago."

"The property is nice. Room is a bit dated. The plugs are loose. Free WiFi is a plus. The hot water in the shower could be hotter. I think it’s a bit pricey but I was staying for a convention and I know I was paying for convenience of staying on site. "

"Requested a fridge and microwave, as they do not come in each room. Wasn't there when we checked in, but came shortly and worked well. Nice hotel, but no pool and they only offer parking as a valet service for $80+ per day. Ended up parking at Aon Center for $17/day, which was VERY close. "

"I came to Eurostars for my birthday weekend, they gave me an upgrade to the 16th floor and man what a view!! Cleaning staff was on point. Desk crew was so friendly gave me places to visit/eat. Cannot wait to come to back to Chicago will be staying here every single time. Thank you guys 🙏"

"One lady at the hotel with dark hair went above and beyond in service. However the hotel says it is renovated but when actually going in, you can see it's only parts of it, the rest is old bones. It definitely still shows ages. Carpet has dark spots in the room. The stay had small mishaps but nothing serious and like i said, one lady gave stellar service. 5 stars for service :) Unfortunately on the second floor one of our guests could not sleep all night because he had car alarms going off that...
