"Check in took over a half and hour. The key cards didn’t work so we got stuck in the elevator for a bit and couldn’t get into our room. You “apparently “ can’t get a room here if you don’t have a credit card. Desk people looked like they hated their lives.. not friendly at all. They also charge more for parking on site than what you pay overnight to park up the street. Location is good but overall not a good experience. There was cigarette butts on our balcony in the room…room was good other than that. "
