« L'hôtel n'a pas de piscine contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Hotels.com. Le 3e lit (canapé) n'était pas fait: on m'a demandé de le faire en me donnant les draps à la réception. Et pour couronner le tout, le robinet de la (minuscule) douche ne fonctionnait pas: il fallait attendre que le plombier passe à la quincaillerie pour en acheter un. Nous étions humides de retour de la plage avec une enfant de 4 ans: au bout de 45 minutes, la propriétaire m'a proposé un remboursement intégral que...
