"This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back.
Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it.

"Central location to areas north or south. The family that owns and operates is very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bedrooms and kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Working marina on-site. Nice little beachfront with bonus aquarium. Price point fair for all that this property offers."
