"We enjoyed our stay at Exuma Point very much. The Peach Sea View room was wonderful. It was precisely as described. It is not a luxurious resort, but wifi and A/C were fully reliable. "My husband and I just recently returned from a wonderful stay at this property! Mary Ann and Elvis Rolle (and family) were exceptional and made sure that every need we had was taken care of during our stay. "I booked this property because it said there was a restaurant/ bar open 7 days a week. Also said there were jet ski rentals. It was also said if you arrived early you could drop your bags. The office was not open once while we were there, restaurant closed the entire time. I didn’t see a single person ever. No jet skis. Communication wasn’t great. Very bare minimum cabin compared to other places and how it looked online. Secluded beach was nice. Will not be back."

And the dock is awesome for evening sunsets.Jack was so helpful, putting us in touch with whatever we were looking for. Best host we've ever had at a VRBO!! We would stay here again 100%!!"

"I highly recommend this property. Jack, the owner, is very helpful. From the moment we booked the property he sent a ton of useful information about the island, places to go for shopping, groceries, dining out, water rentals. You name it, he sent it. Cay, the property manager does an excellent job at maintaining the home and greets you upon arrival. There’s so much to do at the home you don’t actually ever need to leave. We snorkeled with sea turtles behind the house. It’s well stocked and well maintained. Book the property! You’ll have no regrets. I can’t wait to go back! The last photo is on the sandbar that’s exposed at low tide. Thank you Jack and Cay!"

"We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Thank you Angelique, Gabby and Dmitri for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property!! We will be back!!"

"What word comes to mind when staying at Aqua Vista…UNFORGETABLE! Aqua Vista has a little something for everyone…beach combing and critter hunting, sunbathing and relaxing on the dock and floating island, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking for the adventurer and shallow waters calm enough that you can just stand and chill or float for as long as you’d like. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed many coffee filled sunrises on the dock and happy hour cocktails later in the day. Kitchen was well stocked for our meals in. There was never a time that we didn’t have what we needed, including the stock of spices and herbs that we helped to contribute to. We enjoyed our evenings in playing UNO and streaming movies as the WiFi connection was great! My husband was also able to keep up with work emails a bit during our down time in the early morning. We loved visiting Roy’s Lounge and the restaurants in town on our evenings out. Eric and Gina were fantastic to work with and we were grateful for the videos and detailed files we received prior to our visit. They were only a text away with any questions we had and got back to us very quickly. We used many of their recommendations for our excursions and when renting a car for the six of us. I think the other feature of the house we enjoyed was the outdoor bathroom. Not only were the outdoor showers the best, but I loved all the special decorating touches. It was so hard to leave and we can’t wait to go back! "

He arranged for our rental car to be delivered to his beautiful location we stayed at and made sure we had transportation from airport ready and there to pick us up once we arrived.
