« Elevator advertised however staff refused to operate elevator for me even though they knew I am handicapped. I asked for a room on a lower floor and they refused. Mattress and box spring placed on floor. Staff entered room to snoop each time I left, they even left the door unlocked. Staff did not inform me of UPS package pickup so they could keep items after I checked out. Infested with Bed Bugs. Someone from the staff followed me around town on my errands. Police told me it was condemned...

« This was my first stay at Glendorn and I felt it was worthwhile to post a review on my stay. My girlfriend and I made the long weekend trip in April 2010, so this write-up comes shortly after our stay. I have to first say, I was blown away by this resort. The food was fantasic, the service was wonderful, and the outdoor activities were most enjoyable. We especially loved the decor and how it embraced the history of the resort.
