« I enjoyed my stay here. The place is one of a kind and each room is unique. I was reluctant at first because of the shared bathroom, but I never had issues when I needed to use it. There is also an additional bathroom outside that I didn’t read about or see until my last night. The outdoor hot tub and shower were all placed uniquely in the back of the property amongst nature. The location is super remote and takes some patience trying to find, but you stay here for that reason — off the beaten...

« Was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The house itself is nestled between the beautiful greenery, with plenty of fruit trees and vegetation. Inside the house, it feels like a fairy garden. Very well equipped kitchen with a lot of passion fruit for us to enjoy! The host is absolutely kind and gave a lot of suggestions on when to go to the national park. « Good location for exploring east side of the island. Pool was a big hit with the kids. A bit noisy with nearby construction during the day, but assume that will stop soon. Loved the variety of birds and flora. Easy hike down to the ocean. Property description was accurate. Owner was responsive. »

« This property was great, the only thing that I would say was that the A/C wasn’t preforming the way is should have. Other than that everything else was just awesome, the place was very clean and the location was in a good spot. We are from Hawaii and we came back to visit our family. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone who is staying to visit family in the Puna area, or even just to explore the island. Thank you for a wonderful experience. »

« Great location. We got there at dusk - tropical pathway lights didn't work - most were smashed. Hot tub was not "locked up" as supposed to be - and cloudy. Did not want to chance a UTI so - no tubbing which was the whole reason we picked this little gem. Sink clogged up, wallpaper paper falling off, possible black mold on skylight above bed. No batteries in remote. We left a day early. I hope they fix it up. »
