« We had plenty of room and once we got over the fear of the driveway, we were very pleased with our stay. Someone did come in the middle of the day to weed whack and left all the weeds scattered all over the already difficult driveway. There was a scorpion in the basement bedroom, but that happens. »

« Very nice property close to state park. In the mornings, enjoyed views from the large deck with chairs and table. Nice touches included snacks, cold bottle waters, and well stocked kitchen. »

« This property was quiet and peaceful. It was a great escape from the monotonous day to day. There were some dead bugs in some of the dishes but otherwise it was clean. There were quite a few lightbulbs we had to replace because they were out when we arrived. »

« Jay is amazing! Absolutely is in the right business! So gracious and accommodating. I had an issue with the air congitioner and he apologized profusely and remedied the situation. I look forward to going back to Arkansas just so I can stay there again. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere with such a marvelous host. »
