2/10 Terrible

"Unfortunately, it took me 2 hours to get to the property. The address was wrong on Expedia so I FINALLY arrived in the dark. There was a person trying to help me get there but when I did. I was alone and lost and it was dusk. I went to the tent. It was lovely but my zippers didn't go all the way down. That night the winds were 27mph and the snow was due to come shortly and the temperature was due to drop dramatically. The other problem was I was a single woman and there was NO WAY to lock the tent from the inside and if I had to use the restroom during the night...I would have been wandering from my tent to the restroom alone in the dark. I didn't feel safe. I am sure it would have been a lovely experience if the circumstances had been better. I left. I drove to a motel in the dark with driving snow coming down. The next morning I woke up in my room and the weather said it felt like 4 degrees. I would have frozen. If you are not alone...give it a try. But it didn't work for me. Unfortunately."

"This is a sketchy atmosphere. We had a late check-in and apparently the residents like to party on their porches. There are 5 inches from your porch and in my opinion, not the place I would want or feel comfortable staying with my family overnight, so we walked into the room. Turned around and walked out.If you ever stay here, I hope you're experienced is way better than ours.We chose not to complete that part of our journey. I did not use the facilities and I felt like it was wildly misrepresented in photographs and probably family member reviews or porches pirates partying in the equivalent c of a trailer park on the south side of whatever.Is bad.... nope, no.Thank you fighting for a refund!"

"I booked this hotel because it was an inexpensive option fairly close to Bryce Canyon NP. The person checking us in was not pleasant and in need of customer service training. The room was basic. We had a fridge and a microwave. The beds were ok. There were crumbs on the floor and one of the towels had marks on it. The hotel itself is in need of a makeover. If I had to do it again, I would book another place and pay a bit more. "

"Full disclosure I am NOT a camper but I wanted to try glamping. The dome was pretty large, clean and well equipped. We liked the large TV and little fireplace. The agent at check in was very nice. However, the smell of the vinyl or plastic or whatever was covering the dome was super strong and it burned my nose. It truly ruined the experience for me. I had assumed we would be able to look out of glass and see the stars from the dome but we had to go outside to see them. There was a gas fire pit outside the dome that was nice. We went in May and it was a bit too cool to stay outside long though. For what we paid we could have had a nice hotel room. For those that love to camp you’d probably enjoy it. "
